- Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing- Ursuline College.

- Married mother of 3 girls – Lives in Chagrin Falls
Although I loved nursing field, I felt increasingly frustrated that most of my patients had few or no tools for maintaining a healthy, high quality life at an early age. I was ready for a change and to make a difference!
I was thrilled to become part of the FitGirl team, as the Chagrin Falls After School Program Instructor where my own two girls participate in the program. I try to live and lead by example, but to have my own daughters see their “mom” as a role model to other girls, has been extremely beneficial. I’m not just their “mom” but as a fit -girl! Being a mother of girls, I am all too aware of how fragile their emotional state and self confidence can be. At FitGirl a major focus is on self worth! It is a safe, non judgmental environment where all fitness, educational, and interest levels come together to encourage and validate one another. I believe FitGirl EMPOWERS girls with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain a lifetime of health and happiness; through fitness, nutrition and self worth ! The girls move and learn while having fun!
Hobbies/ Interests: Running! (I have completed 2 half marathons) Gardening, Cooking, Family time, Become a Certified Group Fitness Instructor specializing in Children’s Fitness and complete a full marathon!
