FitGirl Campers are ACTIVE and ENGAGED right away! We create and facilitate an environment that motivates and challenges girls to MOVE, LEARN and most importantly, HAVE FUN!

FitGirl incorporates a "NEW PE" approach where the focus is lifetime fitness -over- sports -skills. This model has shown to be effective and reduces childhood obesity, improves learning ability and decreases behavior problems.

FitGirl Camp offers a community approach and opportunities for group learning.

Get over the notion of exercise as a chore. Our program makes activity a fun part of even the most reluctant kid's day:

'Circuit City', Hip Hop Dance, Boot Camp workouts,Turbo Kick, T-Bow's, Zumba, Jump Bands, Spinning and Family Fitness Hour Minute to Win it, Yoga by the Falls, Tabata, Dance Fitness

Campers also enjoy Outdoor Adventures such as Survivor. This team/group adventure challenges girls mental and physical abilities. But more importantly, promotes team cooperation and critical thinking skills.
