Nutritional Counselors/ guest Dieticians offer resources such as 'lunch links', demonstrations, tips and healthy meals for everyone to try and share!
We build nutrition concepts right into the physical activities and workouts! Food group relays, Food Label Hunts, Snactivities, Cholesterol Tag, "Carbs, Proteins and Fat-Oh My"
During 'Lunch-n-Learns' girls learn how to read a label, estimate portion sizes and understand that food is fuel!
